can you say EPIC?

quite possibly one of the best weekends of my life. of course, there are two that are up there to be number one, including this one =P

made new friends, and managed to meet a couple people like

stel has yet to write hers however, but here is mine :heart:

though i am not done with the one on my LJ (i've only reviewed days 1-3, which is thurs-sat) i decided i'll post one here now cos i have no clue if i'll be able to finish my LJ one today. it took me 3 hours to write my last one. i finished on LJ! it's up for view on anybody on my f-list, but be warned! AX totals up to roughly 8,000 words and Disneyland 12,000! for you all, that's roughly 30 pages on Microsoft Word!

anyhow, quick summary:

thursday: ~Kagome62 and ~soren13 arrived this day, had a rehearsal photoshoot in anticipation for the con the next day, wound up sleeping around 11:30-12:00 derr.

friday: woke up at 5:00 due to me and ~Kagome62's simultaneous alarms, got everything together, ate breakfast, packed everything in the car, and left. Go Fish during the car ride was incredibly amusing with the cards ~soren13 and i modified (with the help of ~PirateStar01 and ~Romia456 :heart:) though afterwards we fell asleep for a while. arrived at the hotel 6 hours or so later, around 11:45ish. unpacked most of our stuff and got ready for the convention, arrived there around 1. saw a lot of pretty good cosplayers, had a lot of fun. Dealer's Hall and Convention Center impressed ~soren13 and ~Kagome62 so much. bought some things then gave the rest of my money to my sis, who spent most of it too. attended the D.Gray-Man gathering that day, much lulz was had, though i really wished my baby ~Romia456 was there. none of the Lavis were good enough Dx!! also met ~N-a-o, who is a very sweet girl :heart: left around 6:00, had dinner with my dad's friends, then headed home to rest for the next day.

saturday: woke up around 7:30ish to go eat breakfast downstairs, nom nom nom. after that, we went back upstairs and i passed out for a while. left for the convention around 12:00; before that ~soren13 and my sis, ~PirateStar01 had a photoshoot around the hotel. we had like 58032580 gatherings to go to that day, my god, but it was more relaxed because ~soren13 didn't have to lug around her gigantically amazing sword (which you can view at her gallery) and i wasn't in my 2nd uniform (i had my first wardrobe malfunction. BUT I FIXED IT. hooray~ :heart:) she was Casual Allen and i was 1st Uniform Lenalee - it was my first time wearing the costume at a convention where it was completely fixed - it's so beautiful :heart: so anyhow, managed to sneak into the Dealer's Hall and Artist's Alley today to buy more things, hur hurr. saw the KH/Loveless gatherings, attended the TTGL/Kuroshitsuji/Ouran Highschool gatherings, i think. had some amazing photoshoots with ~N-a-o as well as posed for this guys cosplay artbook he's making :heart: me and ~soren13 had to sign a model release form and everything. i must say that was formally epic. anyhow, after the convention center we headed to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and saw Micheal Jackson's star. ~Kagome62 was able to buy something off of a vendor for her mom i believe, there. also, walking around the Walk of Fame in our costumes was very lulzworthy.

sunday: Disneyland. woke up at 6:00, packed everything, loaded the car, ate breakfast, and left. met up the last member of our fantastically orgasmic crew for this trip, ~xfersurex and we went into Disneyland, land of happiness :heart: rode over 30 rides together, skipped down Main Street, took photos with King Mickey, in front of the castle, everywhere. it was amazing. <3333 watched the Fireworks in front of Disney Castle together, and also Fantasmic. rode the Pirates ride 3 times instead of 2...overall, it was just an amazing experience. i can't even begin to describe how much fun i had with my friends, and i am so glad we were able to do that together. i love you guys :heart:

monday: woke up at 9:30, completely exhausted. packed everything up and loaded the car, drove to Roscoe's for lunch and ate. headed back into the car, and then drove all the way back home, arriving around 6:00.

i am so glad everyone had so much fun on the trip :heart: i'm really happy that my friends and i were able to fulfill our dream of going to Disneyland together :heart: and i'm especially happy everyone had so much fun on this trip - i know you cried at some point or another, ~Kagome62 and ~soren13 :heart: let's do this sometime again, okay? :heart: ^^

and as a final note, here's a list of the purchases my sis and i made:

- E000 copic marker (at long last. thank you, ~soren13 for purchasing it for me)
- gifts for ~Romia456. im not saying what just yet.
- Final Fantasy VIII, which i haven't seen like ever. (much love goes out to you, ~PirateStar01. you're the best sister, ever.)

lmfao i really didnt buy much at all did i. my sis, on the other hand-
