This part goes over setting up your image from scanning in (assuming you have a pic ready to color) to coloring in skin tones. i've used techniques from the amazing  , who you should all go visit now, because i mentioned her in the tutorial and she deserves a peek.if you have any questions, feel free to ask, and please excuse any typos you might see.
