figured i'd do some quick announcements since this'd be at the top of muh page anyhow.

1. no kiriban. evar. i decided i'd stop doing them because PAGEVIEWS DON'T MATTER. why celebrate the number if the number DOESNT MATTER? yeah?
2. nanowrimo is going along slightly. i actually really like how Black Ribbon is coming out this time. This is like my fifth restart -FAIL- but i'm actually taking time to write this. against rules i edited the first chap slightly, tis 17 pages long and i'm considering posting it, y/n?
3. holidays are swamping me already because i decided i'd like to put myself through hell this year. so i'm starting to work on them early. dunno if im doing any sekrit santas cos of it, but i definitely will be taking holiday requests.

1. What did you eat today?
strawberry waffle...delicious sammich and doritos...macaroni...fried chicken, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. can't you tell i'm so healthy.

2. What do you want right now?
what do i want? i want to be able to finish everything i start.

3. If you could have one super power, what would it be?
like. grow arms. so i can multitask. two warms would type, two would draw, two would play video games...holiday hell makes me want this ability!

4. What is one freakingfreaky thing you can do with your body? ((Double Jointed... ect.))
erm. one freaking thing? -edits- how bout freaky? im sure thats what you meant...? i can't really do so much stuff anymore. I can bend my thumb behind my hand, i can put my left pinky behind my ring finger without pulling it there or anything...i used to be able to curve myself backwards so that my feet would touch the back of my head, but i'm not so flexible anymore...

5. If you could be an animal what would it be?
THATS SO HARD. A WOLF? A ZEBRA? A KOALA? A JELLYFISH?

6. What is your talent?
i beat waldo in hide and seek well...seeing as this is deviantart...maybe it's...art. y'know. just kind of throwing that out there.

7. Look to your right... what do you see?
like. my room. ._. door to my bathroom/TTGL poster/video games...etc etc. it would've been best if you said left.

8. What are you wearing?
clothing, fool! what else? a twig? umm, undies like a sane person, jeans, black lacy undershirt, striped b&w long sleeved v-neck, aaand my boyfriend's jacket. can you tell im comfy. C:

9. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
that's kind of hard. umm. maybe...oh i know! i will never get cramps ever again! 8D universal medicine!

10. What makes you fall asleep?
being tired...or are you asking specifically? well, besides being tired...taking a shower, eating good food til i'm full, and then being in a warm bed.

11. What is your bad habit?
slouching! for ever and ever and ever i have been slouching. i need to rid that habit :C

12. What is your favorite candy or sweet?
PEPPERMINT BAAAAAAAAAAARK. woof. or reese's pieces, or swedish fish.

13. If it were your last day, what would be your last meal?
my last meal would be my last supper. (get it)

14. Do you own pets? If yes what are their names?
Yeeeees. Snuff, my hamster. I wish i had a cat. and i also kind-of have a dog that isn't really mine, but ~dandygandy2704 lets me say is mine as well - his alaskan malamute, Hazel. there are pictures of her on his account :]

15. What is your favorite smell? ((perfume, cologne, natural scents, ect.))
myyyyyyy boyfriend. also, i am a sucker for wonderful scented things. such as Bath & Body Works' Moonlight Path, P.S. I Love You, Warm Vanilla something or other i think...Dove's body wash i forgot what it was called, but it had a waterlily, it's blue. so i kind of really like Lush too, since it's a scented place. PRETTY SMELLS.

16. What is your middle name?
Grace. i find it kind of icky, to be honest. id like something like...i dunno. AWESOME. like Godzilla. wouldn't that be sick.

17. Do you play sports?
um, not outside of school. i'm kind of okay at volleyball, i hit it wrong but i can play somewhat alright. if my arm isn't suffering from hitting it wrong, that is. and i find hockey very enjoyable. other than that...i'm not really a sports person. D8;;;

18. What color underwear are you wearing?
...what kind of question is this?! black. happy?

19. Wearing any Jewelry?
necklaces; my FMA one and this one that matches with the one my boyfriend has. one of those cheesy half-of-a-heart necklaces. but you know i kind of am a sucker for cheesy things.

20. Single or taken?
considering all the boyfriend references, i'd like to declare myself taken.

you know after a bajillion titles of dA journals i really have no clue what to put anymore. how have you guys been?

how was your halloween? my weekend was fucking amazing, one of the best weekends i've had all year. ~soren13 slept over thursday night for costume day at school on friday, party friday night, ~Romia456 & our awesome friend chris slept over and they, ~soren13, ~Kagome62, my sis, and i hung out downtown along with having lunch, trick or treated with them then with our super awesome friend ~xfersurex, then sleptover at her house. had a ton of fun over there on the trampoline and reliving disney days, then went on a bone-chilling date with my bf to watch the Saw VI and Paranormal Activity. couldnt sleep last night lmao, so i read Catching Fire.

SEGUE! Catching Fire is part of a new book series my sister got me to fall head over heels with, and i heartily promote it like her. it's part of The Hunger Games Trilogy, here's my somewhat crappy yet spoiler free summary:

Katniss Everdeen, a 16 year old girl struggling to support her mother-and-younger-sister-family that lives in a totalitarian-futuristic United States in the country of Panem is forced into her cruel government's will, like the rest of her people. Panem is divided into thirteen Districts - however, the last district, District 13, was destroyed in a revolt that caused the bloody tradition of the Hunger Games to ensure the people's obedience. Each year, a male and female tribute from the age 12-18 is selected from each district to participate in a fight to the death for the Capitol's(the government)amusement. When a series of events forces Katniss to participate in these games, she is thrown into something greater than she ever imagined.

since i read the second book Catching Fire it kind of preludes to what occurs in THAT book too, but god. The elements of rebellion in that book are great fuel for me to think about Black Ribbon. simply it's just so...gripping. if you like reading, i highly recommend checking those books out. I'm rooting for Gale.

anyways, Black Ribbon. I decided since NaNo rules state new work...i'm throwing Black Ribbon's old stuff out the window and starting fresh. sure it's not completely with the rules but im not going with old materials, just character names. i don't think it's really going to be the same. i guess we'll just see what happens.

sup gaiz, i'm re-entering in nano09~ i totally didn't pay attention last year, but that's okay - because they had an offer to publish and send a free copy of our novels to us (manuscript i think? idk if it's bound or what) last year, and i didn't pay attention. :| thats ok cos they're doing it again this year, YAY. so hopefully if i can somehow cram and type like a psycho i might be able to finish Ostium. maybe. o: how cool would that be? then i'd have my own copy to edit or something. if i wanted to. SQUEE.

eeehm. with that there's nothing else new in my life. halloween's comin up, havin a partay w00p. i am uncontrollable obsessed with blasing zombies. but i suppose it's also in the holiday mood. OH, AND I'M WORKING ON SOME PICTURES THAT I AM AIMING TO HAVE POSTED BY HALLOWEEN i hope.

also i am fascinated with jellyfish at the moment. I CANNOT...STOP DRAWING THEM.

how's life guys?

sorry i kind of barely posted in september. i mean, it's almost over. ._. and sorry about being artdead for the past however many months. i'm working on a picture though, painting. so it's taking a long time. i've also been working on some cosplays and playing some games...

and my social life has kind of kicked up a notch, so i don't really have free weekends anymore because it's always stuffed with things to do. so for those of you that have wondered where i am, i've been out xD;; but feel free to drop me a message.

umm. i have to update my sketchblog more, but i haven't worked on any polished pieces lately, just sketches. sooo if you're here for the art, take a peek at my sketchblog cos that's probably where im going to post somethin'. juuust an FYI.

someday i'll get kicking on my artwork again. someday.

i am in love with it. it's so amazing and original and it looks like it took a lot of time to put together, too. the song is what im listening to atm, cos i like the song too xD;;
